Tennessee falls to Mizzou

The Lady Vols lost in three to Missouri in their first match on the new SEC Network (25-19, 25-15, 25-16). Kendra Turned had a team-leading eight kills. Shealyn Kolosky and Iesha Bryant had four blocks each, and Kanisha Jimenez put up three more. Lexi Dempsey had 11 digs and eight assists. Bridgette Villano had ten digs.

As a team, Tennessee had their fifth lowest kill total of the rally scoring era with just 26. It was also the first match since at least 2001 where no player reached double-digit assists.
